Retail Customers:

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. You will need to pay the shipping, plus shipping another product to you if you exchange it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.  We appreciate a call or email to let us know why you are returning it and so we can be on the lookout for it.

Patterns are not eligible for a refund unless it is defective.
